Introduction
In Western Africa, griots would chronicle the genealogy of empires and their leaders, and some even knew the histories of all their tribe members. Through the oral tradition of storytelling, griots preserved the history of their culture. Just so, this blog serves here as the griot to the authors’ fiction.
Fiction, from the Latin fictio, means to fabricate. In truth, fiction is fabrication, but it also encompasses a semblance of reality.
